Just want all the info about it. Are any other confrences that arent DI-AA gonna join? I.E. Slum Belt, C-USA. Are the current DI-AA's gonna have the option to boost scholarships to 85?

Probably nothing done in 2006. A lot will depend on whether the NCAA puts enough effort into selling it. BCS folks need to be able to convince their alums etc. that playoffs are better than bowls.
