Bucknell already has a verbal commitment for the next class. Very atypical for a PL school to have a commitment at this point.

Bucknell already has a verbal commitment for the next class. Very atypical for a PL school to have a commitment at this point.

Also atypical for a kid to spell out the exact value of his "non-scholarship" to attend a PL school.
