ORANGEBURG, SC – The City of Orangeburg and the Greater Orangeburg Chamber of Commerce will help South Carolina State football team kick off its 2011 campaign Monday with the annual “Rally at the Square in downtown Orangeburg. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.The event will feature performances by the SC State cheerleaders and the famed Marching 101 Band as well as area high school cheerleading squads.
