The local paper up here said the D looked a bit shaky, but they also noted that Matt Evans and Brian McNally, our two preseason All-Americans, sat out the game. On the offensive side Dontra Peters (700+ yards rushing last year), Joey Orlando (2010 #2 receiver), and Mickey Mangieri also sat out. All are expected to play next Thursday against Toledo.

Last I checked, Toledo was only favored by 3.5.
