Washington, DC—Howard University’s Willie Carter has been named to the preseason watch list for the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Linebacker of the Year Award given by the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA). He joins teammate, linebacker Keith Pough, who has been also been cited.
