SAVANNAH, Ga.- FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW had released its annual rankings of the top 10 Historically Black College & Universities( HBCU) Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) football recruiting classes for 2011 and Savannah State has been ranked tenth, along with Alabama A&M.
