ORANGEBURG, SC -- South Carolina State head football coach Buddy Pough, in an on-going effort to put a competitive football team on the field, is appealing to Bulldog alumni and fans for support of the “Lift-A-Bulldog” initiative, a program designed to raise funds to cover summer school expenses for the SC State football players.
