What's Bryant's issue?? Can't schedule some Pioneer teams at least??

Didn't they lose two games to DII teams last year??

Overall, I think that's a pretty good OOC schedule.

No, they won both of them big (St. Anselm 44-21, Merrimack 46-29). Still wish they wouldn't, hurts the conference ratings and image, and only helps with fans who don't know much about FCS football.

Looks like Albany is going soft this year.... Kind of funny to see tiny, private SFUP playing all "State" schools. I hope that Duquesne's TBA is Dayton. That has gotten to be a good series with the home team usually taking the win.

Say UAalum, what's the status on Albany's new football stadium?? I saw you guys play CCSU last year on TV at your place, and it looks like you need a new facility BAD. Hope you guys can get it built.

And I don't care what other Bison fans say about hosting NEC schools, I'd like to see us play Albany sometime in the future. You're the main NEC school I'm actually interested in seeing NDSU compete against.

I hope NDSU calls off the dogs on St. Francis as early as possible. Wish we didn't have to play that one, but that's what happens when Georgia Southern bails out on ya...

Architecture, engineering, and design contract was approved on 1/19/2011, with Heery International. Current expectations are for construction contract awards in October and occupancy in September 2012.

But...

we'll see what's in the state budget for the coming year in ten days (if it's on time).

Any given Saturday.... SFUP is building a program and there is a reason they are playing the likes of NDSU and YSU. Do not be surprised if they give you a game. I'm not ready to say they will win, but I fully expect SFUP to improve under their current head coach.

Cal Poly 41 - St. Francis 33

I might suggest that the NDSU folks talk to the Cal Poly folks about St. Francis.

Just sayin'...

While it hasn't been officially announced, it has been my impression that the Duquesne - Dayton game is still on for 2011 on September 10. Last-minute changes are not out of the question, however.
