The Portland State football program has signed 18 student-athletes for the 2011 season. Four of the 18 were junior college early signees in December. One of the signees is a grant-in-aid agreement signee. Eight of the signees are on the defensive side of the football and 10 are on offense. There are 12 high school signees and six transfers.
