The Portland State football program has signed four junior college student-athletes to National Letters of Intent during the early junior college signing period (Dec. 15-Jan. 15). Viking Football Coach Nigel Burton announced the signing of offensive lineman Anthony Moxley (6-6, 315, Mt. San Jacinto College), tight end Gage Loftin (6-4, 245, Snow Junior College), linebacker Khalil Bass (6-2, 230, College of the Canyons) and wide receiver Kenny Davis (6-2, 190, Los Angeles Pierce Junior College).
