Two position changes made big difference for two Portland State Viking players as running back Cory McCaffrey and tight end Julius Thomas were both selected to the Big Sky Conference first team in football. Named to the second team was DeShawn Shead, while eight Viking were given honorable mention All-Conference. Voting was done by Big Sky coaches and released by the conference today.
