SOUTH DAYTONA -- Breon Allen has changed his mind.
The News-Journal's Offensive Player of the Year is staying home to play college football.
Allen, the 5-foot-7 star running back of Class 1B state runner-up Warner Christian, said Monday he is no longer planning to sign with the University of Pittsburgh, where he committed last summer.
