Tyler Bass, a highly-touted quarterback when he left Stockbridge High School in Georgia three years ago, is expected to enroll at Florida A&M this week as a transfer from the University of Memphis.

Bass played briefly for the Tigers in just one game late in the season, after starting three games in 2009. He was relegated to third string when Larry Porter took over from Tommy West this season.

Running back Casey Turner, who rushed for more than 4,000 yards and 50 touchdowns for White High in Jacksonville, is transferring from Rutgers to Florida A&M.

They must not have any hope of cracking the depth chart... not sticking around for Spring ball speaks volumes.

Interesting...these transfers add a little more depth to the RB and QB positions. We were already pretty solid at RB.
