I did a little asking around about Justin Gaines last night. Nothing is official yet, but let's just say, where there's smoke there is usually hire -- I mean fire.
There are a number of hoops potential university employees have to jump through before things like this become official.
Gaines seems like he would be a perfect fit at UNT. He's a good recruiter at Montana State and has worked at Midwestern State, Texas A&M-Commerce and Texas Lutheran. He has also been an academic coordinator throughout his college career.
