What are the chances DeAndre Pressley wins the Payton and not the Socon Offensive player of the year award?

Is there any doubt he leads in the payton race? I hate these kind of things, but sometimes they are interesting. Eric B has had a great season and has played well in some big games. Just an interesting spin imo.
