The Sports Network updated its playoff bracketology. Villanova and Montana are definitely the top two.

You sure about that? I thought that rule only applied to conference-mates. E.g. JMU couldn't play Delaware in the opening round but could play URI (assume that URI had any chance of making the playoffs).

Yeah, I don't think its an official rule, but ideally it wouldn't happen.

Montana had a regular season rematch with Cal Poly in the first round of the 2005 playoffs. Danefan is correct in that it only applies to conference mates.
