The Portland State Vikings took a day off on Tuesday after a double day on Monday. First-year Coach Nigel Burton felt it was a good time for his team to rest and recover after more than two weeks and 20 practices in fall camp. PSU will return with a double day on Wednesday and has 10 more practices prior to leaving for the opener at Arizona State on Sept. 4.
