He's a very good coach. Great person and really cared for the University and program.
He'll find a job rather easily. Probably as a D Coordinator at the FBS level. He has a lot of connections and is known for his defensive style.
This was a resignation, however if he didn't resign he would have been let go. The parties agreed to do it the easy way.
