Seriously. Who knew a bye could do so much against you?

Or how about North Dakota losing against an NAIA team, albeit a good one, and move from #30 ranking to #21? That was quite an outlier.

Now I must ask, how exactly does that work? xeyebrowx

One of the big problems with Sagarin. He doesn't take into consideration DII gamesxrolleyesx

Sagarin loses alot of credibility with this move.xsmhx

I find that Sagarin is basically useless until the end of the season (when all the games have been played).

PV can be removed because if they win out they go to the SWAC title game and if they lose a game they won't be considered with 2 losses.

6 CAA teams. If only we went by these rankings!

Sagarin's rankings are now totally based upon this year. No weight or influence from last year. They should get more consistant the next few weeks and be relatively in line with the GPI.

No offense eastbay, but this has to be one of the worst exercises in futility I've seen in a while. The placement of UND and AppSt alone renders Sagarin worthless.

I wish it was only a DII team we lost to...it was actually an NAIA team, which they must not take into account either.xsmhx

That's an example of why I don't put any stock in his rankings whatsoever. Sadly they count in the BSC. (not misspelled)
