It is possible though, they should win no prob next week vs ILL St for homecoming, then UNI has to come to Fargo, NDSU should win that, then they have to go to SDSU in Brookings....going to be a tough one, but my gut tells me NDSU will not allow SDSU to beat them 3 in a row. Then the rest is all teams we should beat.

There was a really poor description of the blocked FG at the game. They made it sound like because it was blocked, and NDSU recovered, it was a TD. They didn't mention it was touched by an SIU player after the block.

I was screaming for a touchback. :(

The last personal foul was pretty lame. Saftey jumped for the ball and when he came down he ran into the receiver. Whatever, didn't know what the last unsportsmanlike was from either, just heard the penalty.

NDSU's runner is a beast. That's all. No passing game at all.

He's shown flashes of being a capable passer.



But it simply comes down to this: NDSU wins games is by running people over and playing great defense.

We've shown we're one of the best, if not the best rushing team in FCS. And we've shown we at least have the potential to throw the ball, at times.

Now we have to get more consistent passing and our defense has to show up.



That's how we're going to run the table and make the playoffs. That's our only shot.

I was watching the Coaches show this morn, and they were showing how the NDSU O-line was getting pushes of the SIU D-line 10 yards back it was funt to see thats a real positive also Paschall and Kraim (sp) 1 and 2 in FCS rushing, pretty sure #2 held the top spot still enjoyed the game Good luck the rest of the wayxpeacex

I wasn't there (just back from Hawaii) but it sounds like the rain hurt a smaller/quicker defense more than a bigger/slower offense.
