what's the overall word on the game, lfn? with bucknell getting spanked 23 - 7 v. Cornell right now, it appears the PL may be in for a long day today.

looking forward to my trip to the Bronx in a few hours but not feeling particulary optimistic seeing our pre-season favorite fall behind so early.

LB Cialino on the fumble recovery. Only turnover of the day by either team.

HC played very well but had too many penalties.

HC now 3-0.

Oh, well. Was driving to Sussex house and just caught final score. Sounds like Harvard has the same issues with kicking game and pass defense. Have to check the stats about our QB play. Time to get the kinks out before Brown game next Friday night. Congrats to HC!

Harvard's QB did quite well, considering it was his first game. He escaped sacks several times and showed great scrambling ability, and the TD pass (on 4th & 13) was picture perfect. The fumble on the sack late in the game was his only real blemish, aside from a couple of overthrown passes.

Good to see HC make a statement of some sort. A tough opponent. LC's tough loss to Liberty and Colgates solid win over Dartmouth are all good signs. Fordham giving up a ton of points to Columbia (though reported much improved) is still not good. Bucknell's showing disappointing. Not the loss so much as the point spread.
