See link for head to head stat comparison of both teams through 2 games:

http://goupstate.stats.com/cfb/head2head.asp?gamecode=200909190036&home=36&vis=267

Some interesting stats by both teams thus far. No real surprise that they throw it more than we do (true of all our opponents!xthumbsupx), but was pleasantly surprised to see how many yards the Badger's defense has given up. Injuries have hurt us, but I am hopeful Coach Ayers will have our Terriers coached up xcoachx to make this one mighty uncomfortable for the Badger nation.

I am taking the family up for the game. It will be our first Big Ten experience. I hear Camp Randall is a pretty entertaining venue.

Do you believe in miracles ?xhypedxxhypedxxhypedx

I'll be pulling for you - I just hope your QB situation doesn't hamper your efforts to unleash the full power of the Terriers. Good luck! xthumbsupx

Would be a first FBS win for Wofford?

Just make sure your kicker can make extra points. If you are going it is a great experience. I'll be pulling hard for Wofford to pull off what Cal Poly let slip through their fingers. Best of luck.

In the modern era, yes. Historically though (pre-1960's), we did notch wins against S. Carolina, Clemson, Wake Forest, Auburn, Marshall and ECU.....gotta love the leather helmet days !xthumbsupx

Ya gotta believe no Wisconsin fan or player is seriously worrying about any school named "Wofford". Perfect time to get a win!!

Wofford defeated UL-Lafayette in the last few years.

I can see the Terriers getting on top early, but Camp Randal is one hell of a place to try to hold on to a lead. Most likely the Badgers are looking past this one, so I hope Wofford takes it to them (even though I'm from WI and like the badgers :D)

Don't forget to stay for the 5th quarter up in Wisco. The game should be a good one but there are two traditions up there 1) being that "Jump" is played in the 4th quarter and then the 5th quarter with the band.

I'll be watching the game with the Wisco Alumni group in DC......secretly pulling for the T-Dogs while trying not to piss off the girl xwhistlex

By some accounts, UW-Madison is the #1 party school in America.xlolx

Not their fingers. I think Cal Poly let this slip through their toes.

What is the backup to Breitenstein(sp?) like?

you will be seeing #36 arsenio parks (soph. 5-10 233) starting.
big load but very quick for his size. knee injury fresh pre-season out for year. rd shirt. last year came back but had developed a grass allergy and could not get on field. has that under control now with weekly shots and daily meds. had some nice runs last sat.

you will also see #40 austin palmer (sr. 5-10 210). pretty quick north/south rb. also had some nice runs last sat.

thanks for all the well wishes. i hope both teams have an injury free game!

Wofford can pull it off. I'm sure they watched film of The Citadel's effort last year. Camp Randall, though, is a noisy place to play. Best of luckxthumbsupx

As a Sioux fan and a big Badger hater (hockey) I will rooting for Wofford all the way.
