For some reason I just don't see you guys winning many games...

Don Brown proved that you can win there despite the poor facilities. And Hager hasn't...

I see 3-8 or 2-9...

Wow, Husky Alum. NU won't be incurring excessive travel expenses in '09.

Wow, Husky Alum. NU won't be incurring excessive travel expenses in '09.

That's exactly what I thought when I looked at the schedule, too. Every @ is a northeastern game for Northeastern.

If you left from Parsons Field, it would take you a grand total of 10 hours and 42 minutes covering 566.1 miles to drive to each of NU's away games.* Over half of that is the 'Nova trip alone.

I don't know how much "good scheduling" you can attribute to the rotations within the CAA.

It's not like we said "one year we'd only like to have to travel as far as Villanova" for our road games.

YSU was supposed to have been played a couple of years ago, so they deferred us to play someone (Penn State, maybe) and this season worked.

That being said, it's a great schedule to go and play on the road if you want to watch the team.

2010, our FBS game is UConn, so that's another short trip.

Another tough schedule with BC, YSU and Holy Cross on the OOC. Not a single cupcake on the schedule. I like your chances against YSU at home.

IMHO, this is the best schedule the Huskies have seen in a long time. No five-in-row road trips. No two games with FBS teams. No road trips to two or three FCS powers.

Northeastern is tough at home and should be in every home game. A .500 season should be attainable. If the Huskies could manage a couple of road upsets, 7-4 would not be out of the question.
