On pulling everything together and pulling off the upset. In doing so, we've finished the season with three straight wins, and a winning record.

Hopefully we learned a lot from this season, and the team and coaching staff grows some more cohesivness to take into 2009 and do some damage.

GO EAGS!!!

Congrats Eagles! Every time the score was announced at Wash/Griz 25,000 cheered. They played the final 5 minutes of the game on the big screen and half the stadium stayed to watch. Lot's of Eagle fans in Montana today.

Montana is now 11 straight years Big Sky Champs and 16 straight years in the FCS playoffs.

In the interest of facts it was the last 2:45 & about 3,000 people stayed to watch. But congrats Eagles!

Last time we didn't win or tie for the championship was 1997 when EWU won it. The AQ has ZERO to do with the Big Sky Championship. If you tie you are the Co Big Sky Champ with banner, rings and the whole encilada. Weber gets to claim the Championship too but they are Co Champs with a 7-1 record the same as ours. There are NO tie breakers.

Yep. Just like in 2004/2005 as well... EWU tied with Montana, but both were considered the champs. 2005 Montana State was in there as well.

Still a hell of a season for Weber. Eastern has every right to crow but I think it's lame for Griz fans to celebrate this "co-champ" business so much.

Now that the Utah/BYU game is over and the Jazz game is over I can come in.

And all I have to say is, BAH!

Hell of a game... I knew it would be hard fought. Trevyn Smith is truly a beast though.

Weird fact: EWU had more rushing yards and Weber had more passing yards.

I left the game with 3:00 minutes left, wish I would have stayed. I called a EWU win.

Guys and dolls do you see how some guys will come on and submit really false info to try to discredit someone?

griz37 says only 3000 stayed behind. Check this pic. There is a couple thousand just on the field. Maybe it wasn't quite half the fans that stayed but when I look at this pic I would estimate 9-10,000.

And who cares if it was the last 3:00 or 5:00 of the WSU game. Isn't that being just a little anal correcting me on that. They actually never showed a clock or scoreboard on the WSU game so who knew how much time was left? xnonono2x xnonox
