Not saying everyone at elon is a thug. My girlfriend went to elon, and I have sufficient respect for the school itself as well as Pete Lembo.

What I do not have respect for - the multiple late hits (that were flagged) on our Quarterbacks that have been the topic of much conversation here on the board. You think there is any other reason that Armanti isn't in the game? This isn't the NFL and we certainly don't have homefield advantage locked up yet...so please spare me any "they would have rested him for the playoffs anyway" excuses.

Were they playing hard...certainly. However, its my feeling that in addition to that, they were doing everything they could to take Armanti out. In my opinion, thats the definition of thuggish.
