Marcus Lee, about whom I have posted on this board before, grabbed 8 balls (two for TDs) against Villanova on Saturday and tied the Towson career reception record. With a game remaining against JMU and at the risk of creating the AGS version of the SI jinx, I think there is a good chance that he breaks that record in his last collegiate game.
Marcus was a high school teammate of LBKid and I was finally was able to see him play this season because my son had graduated. After speaking with him for five minutes, I was thrilled to learn that he is still the same classy young man I knew...just five years older. I may try to get up to see him break the record on his Senior Day...I cannot imagine a better send-off. I hope to see a lot of Tiger fans joining me in saying thank you to Marcus and his fellow seniors for some exciting moments.
