They're still going to be sizeable favorites over Lehigh next week and rightfully so. If nothing else it's good to see Lafayette lose a heartbreaker. HC's TD looked somewhat like the Hurts play in '05 against Lehigh.

I'm actually sad that Lafayette lost, even though I predicted the HC win. Had Lafayette won, the conversation would next week would have been about Lafayette's playoff chances, win or lose. Now, Lehigh and Lafayette will only have one game left in the season.

I think Dom is great, but you cant just look at stats. If we did that then Timmy Chang is the GOAT with those crazy numbers he put up. If Dom can win a PL championship and make some noise in the playoffs his legacy will be firm. If not he will have Dan Marino and formerly Peyton Manning syndrome of not winning the big games.

As long as the weather isn't horrible next week in Hamilton i think HC will get it done. Colgate has quite a few chinks in their armour, pass defense being one of them.

I enjoyed reading the thread since I was at Goodman. I have to go with Holy Cross right now. AS pointed out, Colgate's pass defense is porous. Clark threw well over 300 yards last week against it. Plus, Gilmore will have the D up to stop the 'gate ground game. Of course, bad weather will ground Air Dom, so that is the big caveat.

I, also, would have liked Lafayette to have won today because it would have added even more juice to The Game, and, nothing would be sweeter than to knock the 'pards out of contention. Now, it's ''Just" Our Bowl Game...but what a Game it is!xnodx

So much for Dom not coming through in the clutch and winning a big game. The offense was somewhat slow today, albeit because of the Lafayette defense, but when we needed to score, we did. Dom is the real deal, more people around the FCS world really need to start taking notice. Enough of Cameron Higgins and Nathan Brown, they are fabulous QB's, but the better QB resides in Worcester. The kid is just a playmaker.

We will have a very hard time stopping HC and they put up points fast. They will have a very hard time stopping us, and we like to grind it out. If the weather is any good at all, it may be a track meet.
