Yep, and that bugs me, but at least they finally got the jersey to match the helmet.

The kid in the photo isn't even on the team anymore....left because we have too much talent at WR.

Still enrolled. He only had 9 catches last year, but thought he should be a star this year because of that catch. When we have Johnny, Vic, Hord, and now Collins showing what he has, there just wasn't room for him this year.

He left the team after week 3 I believe...possibly week 4

Can't look at the pics, but I do recall how surprised we were when we saw the team in that combo. I've been to a lot of road games during the past five years and I've never seen us wear that combo. xsmhx xsmhx xsmhx

I remember seeing chunks of ice slide down the fabric portion of the UNI-Dome roof during the Delaware game. I'm glad that game was inside. It was sleeting pretty good.

I know I wasn't around for the original "Ice Bowl" that UNI had been in, but a lot of us were talking that it was either Ice Bowl 2 or the 2nd coming of Jesus that night...rediculous i say.

After tailgating I went to stand in line to get a seat in the student section. I didn't realize it, but apparently since I had been facing away from the wind directiong the sleet froze to my sweatshirt and jeans, causing my back to become a giant ice sheet. After about 5 minutes of being inside I had a giant puddle behind me.

It was pretty cool to watch the giant ice sheets on the fabric part of the dome slide because of the heat from inside melting it.

My favorite part of that day was the abandonment of our running game.

6 of the large Bottles the apple juice came in, and we had enough to refill the 3 bottles of ever clear, and then some

j/k :pI'm hoping the sleet. It wasn't a warm liquid and didn't really smell.

That may have been the best tailgate. Anyone here remember playing beer can hockey with ice scrapers?

The way it worked out each one of my buddies and I get two of the big bottles and one of the everclear bottles to start. We are going to have it all in a big Gatorade dispenser and share with people, then split what we have left.

We haven't figured out how yet, if we can we will. I live the closest of any of our group though. I like at University Manor, or Jack's...whichever you know it by...., one lives in East Waterloo, and the other lives in the apartments by the extended stay inn on Uni. We will probably take it warm, but after that whatever happens to it happens to it. We will have a grill going, so maybe find a way to keep it warm that way.

We have a kettle we were thinking of bringing and just throwing that on the grill. We'll see though. I went for a run earlier, and there were a few diehards already there, RVs in place and Panther flags flying high. Nice sight at 7:30 AMWe are about to go park our cars, then come back to my place for a bit. We are planning on starting about 10 or 11
