Did anyone catch the Sam/Southeastern game on CSTV?

It's as simple as this - "I-AA is a joke to these announcers".

Come on fellas! Do more than read the game releases. That's all these fellas did...

Heck, throw me in covering a Pioneer League game or a Div II game with just game releases and I'll do just as good, if not better. Just give me pronunciations and I'd do better...

And Coach, Jonathan Coachman...heck, he was calling a wrestling match for all I could tell...

Can you say Southeast Louisiana ?

I don't know if I ever heard them call Southeastern Louisiana by their proper name. Totally unprofessional behavior and a sign of disrespect. If I was the SLU fans, I would email CSTV and tell them to get my name right. A player's name is one thing, but name of the school that is playing, come on !!!

They ragged on what a bearcat was and made fun of the mascot a lot. The mascot got a lot of air time.

I'm hoping some other I-AA fans saw the game and saw what a mess that was. They were just there having fun -- like some unprofessional high school kids calling a college game...
