UNI 24 ISU 10 end of 3Q. UNI has ball on own 23 - 3 & 6.

UNI OFF Cord will now start calling a crappy game, trying not to lose.

That TD pass was all Pat Grace, the line blocking was horrible on that play.

UNI moves up 2-3 slots in the AGS poll? UNH lost, so did Richmond (though, they really should not fall based on that game result against JMU). Cal Poly not playing this week.

I would guess right now UNI is about the 6-8 best team....still need to improve....

UNI Pike

Are we playing our second string D for the last drive? IN ST made it look easy that time.

Did something happen to Corey Lewis? ESPN.com is showing him with only two carries. Something just doesn't sound right with that.

He had a sprained ankle from a late hit by a Nicholas State player last week. He dressed, and really was only going to play if needed. However, UNI jumped out to a 10-0 lead very quick, so he rode the steel (bench). The coaches want to make certain he is 100% for NDSU & WIU.

Boy, I sure love Gateway/Missouri Valley refs.

last drive for ISU, 3rd down, four to go. ISU drops to pass, flag comes on the snap, quarterback scrambles, flag comes out, pass to the middle, receiver gets leveled by linebacker, drops pass, linebacker stands over receiver, flag comes out.

Result? First flag was for offsides, second for offensive holding those off-set. Third flag was for unsportsmanlike conduct. Ruling. 15 yard penalty, replay 3rd down. But wait, they originally try to mark it from the spot of the foul (where the pass was incomplete). State over the refs mic to the PA "play does not automatically result in a first down". They then realize that they shouldn't mark it from the incomplete pass site, but instead from the line of scrimmage, still try to make it 3rd down. Not sure how the offense gains 15 yards on a penalty when it was 3rd and 4 and doesn't get a first down. After several minutes, the math major on the crew realizes that the penalty moved them 11 yards past where they needed to go for the first down and awarded ISU a first down. Lovely.

UNI picks the IN ST pass in the endzone to the 20+/-

Wow. musta been one heck of a bad through if an INdiana State pass ended up getting picked off in Cedar Falls, IA, when they were playing at SIU in Carbondale, IL.

Or were your multiple IN ST references intended to be smack towards IL ST?

Typos - sorry. Too many kids screaming today (not for the Panthers, just screaming).
