This is really not I-AA/FCS football related and I do not want to be down heading into the weekend, but one of the schools true legends has passed away.

Legendary YSU coach Dom Rosselli passed away at the age of 93. He was a 3-sport coach for Younsgtown. The school's winningest basketball and baseball coach, Rosselli guided Youngstown State's basketball and baseball teams for 38 and 31 years, respectively. As a head coach in baseball and basketball alone, Rosselli accumulated more than 1,000 career victories for the Red and White. He also served as the assistant head-football coach for 21 seasons.

One of the original coaches for YSU football, Dom coached the Penguins for two seasons before World War II duty as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force took him overseas. He returned in 1946, and never left. Calling hours for Dom will be held at YSU's Beeghly Center, home of the court bearing his name.
