Oops guys, I have been told it was the intern. It is not Coulson's work. Don't blame him for mistakes. Coulson knows his stuff and the intern is just learning.

But Tony Rice is having a spectacular season, hauling in 28 passes for 313 yards and two touchdowns.

Seriously Coulson... WTF is Tony Rice? Is he related to Jerry Rice? Because that'd be awesome.

Until then, we'll settle for Tony Davis. I heard he's one of our top receivers.

I think this thread should be called "Coulson's Week 4 recaps with random score projections for Week 5."

He doesn't ever really offer much in the way of insight about this weekend's games or how the teams match up against each other....Leaves you with no idea why he picked the scores he picked.

(BTW...side note to Eagle or anyone else. How do you get those team bars at the bottom of your posts? I can't figure it out.)

Defensively, the Wildcats are allowing opponents to roll up 388 yards per game. The strongest component of the defense is probably the linebacking corps, led by sophomore Devon Jackson (35 tackles) while Dino Souza (23, four tackles- for- loss) heads up the secondary.

Now who is Dino Souza...
Is it a super combination of Dino Vasso (http://www.unhwildcats.com/index.cfm?id=F84DA6E8-041B-2D0B-D1FD4FF3B8D34980&profile=0DFF19D1-EF8A-C0B4-B6CAF66879B57D42) and Hugo Souza (http://www.unhwildcats.com/index.cfm?id=F84DA6E8-041B-2D0B-D1FD4FF3B8D34980&profile=125101AD-D726-2925-9FBE8F26F339680E)... they are sure doing incredible things up at UNH these days...xeekx xoopsx xnonono2x

Heh, Coulson's gaffes (Hugo Souza is listed as Dino Souza, Devon Jackson is listed as one of the keys to the LB core despite the fact that he's behind Parent and Ware on the depth chart) are getting embarrassing.

I thought an "intern" did all the predictions for Coulson? The gaffes and mistakes are probably the fault of the "intern" as well.

I bet the "intern" is one of those speed readers that you see on TV! The "intern" was probably reading through their notes so fast that all of the UNH defense was mistakenly condensed down to one Uberplayer, the mythological Dino Souza. Maybe Coulson will have to start reviewing the work of this "intern". Hopefully this won't delay postings to the web site.

FACT: The writing and predictions on the link are not the work of Coulson. The only thing Coulson writes are the articles with his name on them.

So scff, please stop posting all these "Coulson's Predictions" threads because I know you know for a fact that they are not his work.

Pretty funny thread though. We lost our QB to a knee injury even though it was his back that was injured. Now that the secret is out about UNH blending players, i'd like to order up a Bryan Cory Savage QB for this upcoming week.

Needs editing badly. I'm not talking so much about names (as I caught none of that), but just use of the English language.

But if Dave isn't writing this, then shame on the thread originator. xsmhx

I find it odd that on the TSN website it plainly says: "Around the FCS by David Coulson". Perhaps you could explain Syntax since you you seems to have the "facts" as far as this matter is concerned.

Sounds very reminiscent of the "Mr C" is not Dave Coulson deal to me......xeyebrowx

Either way I feel sorry for you having to defend Coulson with such regularity.

On the McNeese Prediction:

Southern Virginia is NAIA, not NCAA Division III. Not that the prediction isn't reasonable. But, frankly, I hope McNeese shows some mercy and keeps the score down.

So what is this Ghost Writing? Since you know its a fact that Dave is not writing these, please tell us who is. If the TSN is supposed to be the major source of FCS info and reporting at least the person doing the reporting could be accurate.

I appreciate your efforts, SCFF, I seriously do. But after 16 replies to your post, those who have already read some of it will miss your correction with an edit. Better to post anew (Yes, I said "anew").

Though some folks may, in fact, have actual differences of opinion with Mr. Coulter, there is absolutely a mob mentality going on here.

Very sad that a true FCS champion could be (and is being) subjected to this sort of treatment by the #1 FCS site on the internets tubes.

Good info to have, thanks! I'd suspected something was up simply by the typos. I just don't follow FCS football (or any football, don't shoot me!!) so closely that I recognized the name issues. Mr. C has never been that sloppy, though, with the language.

So, a complaint by me, too. Edit!! Hell, I'll edit! xnodx xnodx xlolx xnodx xnodx
