SME NETWORK TOP 25 FOR WEEK 4
The Poll Has Major Movement…A Fight for Number 1

Melville, NY – Today, the SME Network released their Top 25 Broadcasters’ Poll for the fourth week of the season. With losses by both the top two teams, James Madison takes over the top spot. It wasn’t without a fight. Right behind JMU are CAA rival Richmond in the two spot and Montana at number three, each separated by only six votes.

Furman had the largest jump this week. They went from being unranked to jumping over many schools on their way to #18. North Dakota State had the biggest fall in the poll. The Bison dropped eight spots to #10 while Georgia Southern and Delaware each fell seven spots.

Week four truly turned the poll over and left plenty of debate. We will see what happens in weeks to come as conference play starts to take center stage.

Must be a mistake, Dayton got a vote in this poll.

I'm about ready to make up my own poll because I think I am the only one that has a clue!;)

Actually, I would not make up a "poll", I would just rank the teams so we would not have to read this drivel....
