some of these polls on here are ridiculous

There not all polls most are rankings and as good as some people think teams are when u calculate diff things incluing strength of opponents and what not some teams arent as good as you think. That said I do agree some of the rankings are out of whack but hey thank god 1-AA doesnt use rantings to determine the championship game. They dod it the right way, you play for it :-D

sorry, i guess i use the word polls as a generic term, i'll have to correct that

You mean they do it the old fashion way, smoke-filled room decides which at-large teams play in the tournament and where they all play. :nod:
I think he means giving 16 teams a shot instead of just 2 is more democratic and more in line with the American Way.

I don't understand your logic here. WKU and UMass both lost to good teams, but WKU was ranked higher before this weekend. How do you think UMass should rise above WKU in this scenario? Just curious.

You mean they do it the old fashion way, smoke-filled room decides which at-large teams play in the tournament and where they all play. :nod:


we could put a member of every IAA team on a field and drop 16 footballs from a helicopter last 16 men standing's schools make the playoffs. :-p

i was just saying that wku would drop, didn't know how far
