NW Scored on their first drive, SIU got a 3rd down conversion and then went backwards 5 yards for the next punt.

Something happened on the kickoff but I have no radio feed to know what.

Defense needs to step up and offense needs to get one more score before I can consider this a worthwhile trip.

Sutton is just a GREAT RB on a bad Northwestern team......he should be at an elite FBS school.

Too many penalties(10) for the Dawgs today. They missed running back Richard White who was out with an injury and who might have made a difference on some of those third down conversions.

Did you expect them to do better over a middlle of the road Big 10 team?

NDSU barely squeaked by the worst team in the Big 10 last year.

I don't know about over his head, but this is the second week that we've come out way flat for the 3rd qtr.. Whatever they're doing at halftime isn't working.

It was only a matter of time before a comment such as that would come out.

Agreed. I think at the end of the year NW will be better than expected. I also think SIU's D played better than the score showed. They were on the field all day and NW was usually starting from around midfield.
