Alright Big South fans, share you thoughts on week 2 in the league. I'm still a little sad following last week's outcome in Tennessee by my boys.

Wofford at Charleston Southern
I think Wofford will win the game, but it'll be closer than most expect. The Terriers could be in a rebuilding phase for them, but will still be a 6-7 win team at worst. WC 35, CSU 24

Colgate at Coastal Carolina
I haven't heard of any injuries for Coastal following that game in PA last week. If the Chants can protect their quarterbacks, they win this one easy.
CCU 31, Colgate 17

St. Francis at VMI
Sparky Woods debut is a "W" for the Running Roos. VMI 30, SFPA 3

Elon at Stony Brook
We get to see if the Wolves are for real. That win last week came in very strong fashion. I know they are more talented than many in the league felt coming in, but Elon is strong as well. Elon 35, Stony Brook 34

Fayetteville St. at PC
No brainer. PC 40, Fayetteville St. 14

Tusculum at Gardner-Webb
I fear this is a dangerous game for the Dogs. TC is a very good football team at the DII level. Hopefully G-W can rebound. GWU 28, Tusculum 24

Glenville State at Liberty
Whoopin. Liberty 56, Glenville 12

Stony Brook might surprise a few. Last year the Elon loss was due to Stony Brook mistakes, not due to lesser skill. Perhaps this year the causes of those mistakes can be addressed. Can't wait to see a team like Elon come to Stony Brook this Saturday!

It will be close. No mental errors this year and more scholarship players on the field. Interesting matchup !

I don't see CSU doing any better against Wofford than we did.

Keep an eye on that lady. Could be a Cat 2 later this week headed straight for North Georgia or Southern South Carolina coast. Not good.

FWIW...
SBU over Elon (not by a lot)
VMI over St. Francis (by a ton)

What happens if the games get cancelled due to the Hanna?

You don't play.

it doesn't get rescheduled?

If you both have the same bye week it might but that's doubtful.

More than likely, the game is moved to another site.

She said canceled so that's why I responded the way I did.

The chances of the game being canceled are very slim though. It'll be moved up to a different day, back to Sunday, or to a different site before it gets canceled.
