Yes, but their out of conference schedule is also pretty grueling and they have to play at App, at Furman, and at Wofford. I know out of conference wins and losses don't mean much in conference, but I think it will be had for them to gain any momentum from those games. I'm just saying I wouldn't pick them to finish second. Elon, Georgia Southern, or Wofford I could understand. Citadel just surprises me.

Caulson is a crack-head. He certainly is off base on his SoCon predictions.

Furman 5th? and ElCid 2? Give us all a break Dave and give up the juice.

However, he is consistent in his yearly pick of Wofford(my school) finishing 4th or worse. We just can't get any love from the "blond-bonger."

Peace

My mostly uneducated guess:
1. App (7-1)
2. Elon (6-2)
3. Wofford (6-2)
4. The Citadel (5-3)
5. Furman (4-4)
6. Georgia Southern (4-4)
7. Western Carolina (2-6)
8. Chattanooga (2-6)
9. Samford (0-8)

Did I read it wrong 13-2 overall and 5-2 conference? Does that mean that Coulsen is predicting a win against LSU? Just wondering.

I cant believe that Coulson didnt mention dominique mcduffie (sp?) as part of the defensive backfield at asu... surely he knows about him... he has been the star of camp and he is going to be starting as a true freshman at one corner spot... that is pretty weak to have missed such a name... he didnt even mentioned him but he did mention players that arent even on the 2 deep? crazy man

Citadel in second? Really? With their insane schedule? Yea, good luck with that.

The insane portions of our schedule have no bearing on where we will be in the SoCon.

For example, last year we played Wisconsin and lost, however we still schooled Elon and wound up tied for third in the SoCon. For us to finish second will only be a one place improvement.
