NDSU receives Cali JC verbal
One week after landing a high school quarterback from southern California, North Dakota State went up the coast to get a defensive lineman.
Yuen Taufetee, a 6-foot-1, 285-pound defensive tackle from Butte Community College, gave the Bison a verbal commitment, according to Butte head coach Jeff Jordan.
The Bison beat a couple of familiar non-conference foes for Taufetee in Weber State (Utah) and Stephen F. Austin (Texas). Jordan said the University of North Texas called about Taufetee on Monday morning.
