How do the determine who hosts?

I mean if ASU and Wofford win......would Wofford get the home game?

If EWU and Richmond win....woul EWU travel.....again?

I think the winner of AppSt and EWU are the host no matter who wins the other. xtwocentsx

i am guessing you are referencing the loss at furman in the regular season and then having them come to boone to lose in the semifinal and wofford possibly doing the same thing this year... but there are also a lot of differences... in 05 we were the 2 seed i do believe

When determining host institutions for playoff games when both teams are unseeded, criteria shall apply as follows: (1) quality of facility, (2) revenue potential plus estimated net receipts, (3) attendance history and potential, (4) team’s performance (i.e., conference place finish, head-to-head results and number of Division I opponents), and (5) student-athlete well-being (e.g., travel, missed class time).

At least they put in writing that they care more about money than about football.

We were still it's kind of interesting if you look at it.

Played a major FBS opponent (LSU, Michigan)
Traveled, and lost, to a ranked SoCon opponent (Furman, Wofford)
Both of those losses came in S.C.
Scored same points in both games (Furman: 34-31, Wofford 42-31)
Tied with the team, sharing the SoCon Title.

Granted I know there's a LOT of differences too...but similar as well.

We were the #2 seed. New Hampshire was the #1...beat Ga. Southern in the 1st round...lost in the second. Maybe to UNI?
