'Cats are doing well. Go 'Cats!!! (I only root against the 'Cats when they're against the Griz or a win will keep the Griz from a playoff spot or the BSC title).

Score update?

20-3 Halftime

We are absolutely dominating these guys. We are winning despite the fact we have 3 turnovers.

It's kind of frustrating that we don't have more points on the board.

I predicted a blow out. They barely squeaked by a D-II team last week and now they are playing you. You will score atleast 15 more points before the game is over.

SFA is definitely struggling early on this year. Good luck tonight against Houston.

Gave up 30 yards in personal fouls, and SFA gets a field goal.

They've probably got around 130 yards of total offense.

Do the Cats still have all of their starters in? Will they pull any and give younger guys a shot?

TulsaBobcat

Two receivers went down with injuries (Tramaine Murray and Jehvon Miller). Hopefully not serious injuries.

I don't know if they are going to use some young guys or not.

If you're a Bobcat fan, you don't take anything for granted!

MSU 433 yards of offense

SFA 185 total yards

It looks as if our Defense is back.

Bobcats 42-6. :)

griz lost to OU 47-14.

Look out for the 'Cats! ;)

From the sounds of it the Griz could have probably competed much better if they had a quarterback that could throw. At least they still get $450,000.

Thanks for the win, but both of our backup QB's are better than what the the griz have to offer. ;)

Maybe the griz should line Hilliard up at quarterback. He could probably throw just as good as Washington. With Washington out of the way, there will be no chance of a fumble on the hand off. The griz need a QB. :D

I was so excited to watch the CATS put a whooping on SFA. I think that there was some good things and some bad things. It is only the second game of the year and this gives the CATS some things to work on. We don't want to peak yet anyway. Our next two games are huge. I love the fact that they keep getting bigger as the season progresses. On the post-game show, Kramer said that in the locker room after the game, it was quiet and business like. I am liking it so far!!!!

Great win BOBCATS.

This game was not even as close as the score indicated. The Cats managed to turn the ball over 4 times and still SFA couldn't capitalize! SFA, known for their running, only mustered up 106 yards on 32 carries (44 on one carry). Dixon was 11/37 for 76 yards and 3 INTs.

Their two scoring drives : a 44 yard run from their own 20 or so that got them down into FG range on their very first drive of the game, 3-0. The second scoring drive including 2 or 3 15 yard penalties on the Cats, basically they were put into FG range because of penalties.

Take away that run and those dumb penalties, and SFA doesn't score.

I've seen MSU ranked in the top 10 in a few preliminary polls, and I think that is a bit premature. If we go down and beat/whoop Cal Poly, then a top 10 might be justified.

SFA moved the ball pretty well on the first drive but after that it was total dominatioin by the Cats. Good win against a Southland team!
