Riddle breaks Elon's single season passing record for yardage(2606 passing yards, 23 TDs, 8 ints) with 3 games to go!

Elon improves to 6-2 on the year, 4-1 in the SoCon. The win puts Elon in a tie for 1st with Wofford (Elon holds the tie breaker over Wofford).

It wasn't just for passing in a season... he passed 4 yesterday for single season record highs at Elon:
most completions in a season (254)
most touchdown passes in a season (23)
most passing yards in a season (2,606)
most touchdowns responsible for in a season (28)

This with Mayers breaking the SoCon single game all purpose yards record against App. Mayers about to break the single season kickoff return yardage record. Hudgins about to break the single season receiving yards record.

For a school that wasn't THAT bad at football in the past and had many seasons with extra games for NAIA playoffs, records are just falling like crazy.

stats are great.....when they relate to "W"'s easy to read that the system is geared to this kind of production. 35 points in one quarter really is not too bad. low turnovers. low penalties, = not beating ourselves.
