Similar but different... which team that has never been to the I-AA playoffs will make it first? (NDSU and SDSU left off because of space and the fact that they're not eligible this year).

Delaware State, but that's only because they've got a good shot at winning the MEAC this year.

I picked Delaware State only because I think the MEAC title game will be Delaware State and Norfolk State and NSU has to go to DSU. Otherwise I think its a tossup between those two.
