Not a single first place vote for UNI - how is that possible???

And how is EIU still in that poll??? 3-3 with no marquee wins and they just lost to EKU, who is still ranked behind EIU even though EKU has a better record versus a better schedule.

People must be voting Montana either 1 or about 6

8 for NDSU
15 for Montana
4 for UMass
1 for McNeese

8+15+4+1 = 28
8+15 = 23....23+4 = 27.....27+1 = 28

Where's the problem?

Could it be that BisonforLife thought this thread was for the AGS poll and not the coach's poll? Because I'm thinking that BisonforLife's vote wouldn't count in the coaches poll since I don't think he's a coach.

It looks as though the voters are for the most part in the East coast ( a few west coast). Do you think that has any kind of influence in terms of voting?

Hope not at NDSU-- That would be a pretty large violation (you posting here)!

Gray area-- NCAA coaches are generally "discouraged" to post on message boards because of litany of potential violations (inside info, recruiting, etc.) It is HIGHLY frowned upon and some have argued a major violation.

Ask NU HUSKY to explain better. Albany almost took a a MAJOR hit in hoops on it and the head coach was forced to relieve an Asst. of his duties (or so it has been said that this was the case).

Either way, Coaches should not be posting on this board.

I guess number eight is where we'll stay. If we win out, with this voting, we'll still be # 8. A hoot.

With no first place votes UNI must be everyone's solid #2 or so...till we put a muzzle on those mean child eating dogs from Carbondale...

As you've pointed out when arguing how hard it is to schedule FCS, that's where all the teams are. This is like the House of Representatives, not like the Senate (as a Californian should understand).

No I realize that this thread is for the coaches poll -- I just don't see why they wouldn't get any first place votes from any of the VOTING COACHES looking at the quality wins they have had to this point of the season. xcoffeex
