They just scored. Went for the 2 to tie. We stopped them, but the guy was sitting on our LB, then got up and started running. They're reviewing it.

Some would say it looks better to lose big to the BCS schools then to the FCS schools(IE: CMU loss to NDSU 44-14)

Some would say it looks better to lose big to the BCS schools then to the FCS schools(IE: CMU loss to NDSU 44-14)

The MAC is extremely inconsistent. Very few wins against BCS teams and they win most of their games against FCS teams, so FCS teams seem to be the logical opponent.

MAC schools have a hard time accepting this.

They thought they were scheduling a lower-level FCS school when they scheduled us. If we hold onto this, we may have turned the corner.

Hey, it might sound trite, but you got something to build on with this loss. It was not a blowout,and as you say they could have won.

It does not feel good now, but your program is growing.

We gave up nearly 500 yards of offense again. Against 3 scholarship DI teams, we've given up an average of over 500+ yards. We can't play defense.

I was emotional and said some things I shouldn't have last night. The loss still hurts, but we're so much farther than we were two years ago it isn't even funny.
