My trip around the Patriot League this week.

The Patriot League was 4-2, and were in a position to tie the other two in the second half - with one of the games coming against the #3 ranked team in the nation. A pretty darned good week for the League.

And an attempt to look at Villanova's loss to Maryland.

Later today: Look for my projected Lehigh two-deep for the Villanova game.

Actually, the PL and Southland really did well in their opening weekends compared to last year. Think about this: if Lehigh can upset Villanova or Colgate upsets UMass, we'd be no worse than 2-2 against the CAA so far.

And if Fordham beats Albany, boy do ears need to perk up about them...
