Maybe A&M and Michigan should have been switched in the polls.xsmiley_wix

From ESPN

"The Bobcats, of the Football Championship Subdivision, formerly known as Division I-AA, outgained the Aggies and controlled the clock, but couldn't finish drives, missing three field goals and losing a fumble deep in Aggies territory."

I'm disappointed that we lost (or at least didn't keep the score closer), but i'm proud of the way our team played. A new coach with only a couple weeks to get his system installed; a young offensive line (thought to be our weakest link) without a penalty playing in the noise and still having the advantage in numerous statistical categories. But stats don't = Wins. I like our new coaching staff.

I'd like to see the Griz do what the Cats did against a team that is that good.

The Cats did VERY well today. I'd be scared if I was anybody else in the BSC.

Great game by the Cats- three muffed field goals & a dropped pass in the end zone made the difference. Over 400 yards of O against the 25th team in the nation. Considering the fact that Coach Ash and his new staff only had three weeks to get the team ready, I feel really good about this season.

Go Cats!!

Just a bump, votes will be cast.

Those that followed the game know that the game was much closer than the score. The Cats took a big dive in the preseason rankings due to the coaching change, but I think yesterdays game against Texas A&M proved that the athletes are in place and Coach Ash has the Cats ready to contend with anyone.

I bumped you guys up A LOT. But on the other side of things, not very many positives to take away from the teams in the AGS top 25 this week, so some of it was by default. Good showing at A&M. Obviously the Cats are ready for the season.
