Good student crowd. I'd guess a lot of that comes from the dorms...if you're a freshman RA and you can't get at least ten people to the first football game, you should be fired.

Pretty big jump in competition through the first three weeks. First UM-R, then Tennessee-Martin, then K-State. :P Next week will tell us a lot about the new kids.

Yeah, I was wondering if I should be really excited after this win or not... Obviously it's exciting any time you can total almost 700 yards on O, I just want to see us play someone from the FCS.

Nice pictures and good result ;) What was the attendance for your Thurs night game?

Also, those Gateway Conf patches are HUGE. You guys have a nice uniform, the big white patch just kills it IMO.

they make the uniforms look really TACKY......at least have the conference logo sewn in or something like that

The offensive attack looked good,like the running back depth Bears have big time. Special teams were a eyesore.

Attendance was 11,062.

I agree with you on the patches. Everyone else in the conference does a really nice job of having the logo sewn into the uniform, the way we do it looks terrible.

Like BearsCountry said, Kingjack Washington looked very good last night. His line was 7 rushes for 60 yards (8.6 ypc) and a touchdown.
