Just curious.

What turf and/or what company is the turf from?

We are making a serious move at getting turf at Cowboy Stadium.

Damn nice.

I'll give it 10 more years before every FBS and scholarship FCS in the country has it.

Good. Consistent paying surface throughout.

It is called RealGrass. It is also used at Texas Stadium in Irving. It seems they don't know how to spell "Alamo", they spelled it "Alama"xdohx

Great shots of The Berry Center in Northwest Houston though.

As 85 said, it is RealGrass Surface. Here is the link to the company that is installing it,Hellas Construction out of Austin. They have a pretty good resume I think.

Go ahead, mark it.

When schools like Michigan and Ohio State have it, schools that could afford to maintain their grass without batting an eye, you know it's no longer about money. It's about buying a superior product.

Wouldn't be surprised if UCLA is pushing the Rose Bowl to get it right now. Guaranteed it'll have it in 10 years.

You have seen a map and realize the geographic differences between Ann Arbor and Pasadena??? Really, you should get a map, it's quite useful!!! xlolx xlolx xlolx xlolx

Both Michigan and OSU could've afforded to replace the grass for every game.

Grass is simply inferior.

Just because you have the money doesn't mean you spend it replacing the field seven times a year - that's a silly argument, though expected. Geography, pass it on!!! xlolx

Indeed, why would you when there is a superior product?

Just another in a long line of questionable opinions - but at least it's amusing! xlolx :p

Looks like we are going to be getting Pro Green turf from the GeoSport Company.

One advantage of it, it has no rubber filler flyout. Same turf that Ark.St. has.

When schools like McNeese are getting it, your argument that southern climates don't need to switch over comes crashing down.

10 years => every scholarship FCS has it. Mark it.
