Changes every day, but we've been in a slight uptick, overall, after years of decline. Still, lots of water to make up.

Both Arizona and Arizona State pay in the $350K-$375K range ... at least they did when I used to cover NAU.

Hasn't the drop in Lake Powell resurfaced some historic sites? And let's not get into the fact that Lake Powell is OUR water. :D
