WEST WINDSOR, N.J. – The University of Pennsylvania men's lightweight Varsity 8 finished fourth in the Grand Final of the IRA National Championship Regatta on Sunday, and was the only boat among three in competition to compete on the day as a majority of the races were cancelled due to high winds on Mercer Lake.
